For merchants
If you run a shop, here's the deal.
- You run your shop. We run the loyalty rails.
- No setup fees, no hardware to buy, no POS integration.
- Every reward respects the €200 per-customer EU cap — Gamma tracks it for you and warns before a customer reaches it.
- You are responsible for honouring rewards you create; Gamma provides the tools, not the goods.
- Delete your merchant account any time. Customers keep balances they've already earned, subject to local law.
For customers
If you use Gamma Wallet, here's the deal.
- You must be 16 or older to use Gamma Wallet.
- We ask for a phone number and a nickname. That's it.
- Your rewards are contracts with the merchant who issued them, not money in a bank account.
- You can delete your account any time. One tap — your data is erased immediately, with no 30-day wait.
- Gamma is governed by EU law (Regulation 2016/679 for privacy) and the jurisdiction of our registered EU office.
